FORACI BIANCO SPARKLING
White wine produced with Inzolia, Grillo, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the area of Mazara del Vallo. The colour is straw yellow with greenish hue, the nose is rich in mature fruits flavours from ananas to apricot, peach and Golden apple; and the palate fresh, fine, balanced with a good personality, very fruity. It is ideal to serve as an aperitif, with hors d’oevres of Parma ham and melon, with first fish courses.
